Offer with subscription: related to every type of parking space (free access, access by code, key, badge or bip). This is a classical offer with direct contact between renter and owner, the contact information of the owner being directly published within the offer and visible to users registered on Park-King. Several subscription options are proposed (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year).
Offer without subscription: this kind of offer is also related to every type of parking space. Spaces are then bookable online on Park-King, detailed information about the spaces being communicated after payment. Owners may ask for a booking request prior to the payment, which they are then free to accept or refuse (for parking spaces with free access or access by code, an instant booking option is available to avoid dealing with booking requests). Users will have in that case the opportunity to get in touch anonymously through Park-King's internal messaging system to discuss about the reservation usual formalities. Once the request accepted, the owner will then be able to proceed to the payment of the related parking space(s) via Park-King. Publishing this kind of offer is free for the owner, but a commission of 20% is deducted by Park-King to ensure the site’s functioning.
Yes, any type of private parking space can be rented out (access by key, badge, bip, code or free access), and this, directly online if it is an offer without subscription.

Offer with subscription: related to every type of parking space (free access, access by code, key, badge or bip). Bollards are usually retractable, thus spaces with such access can be considered as spaces with free access as far as the bollard has been lowered. It is the responsibility of the owner to lower the bollard before any rental if he mentionned that the access is free, otherwise it will have to be registered with key/badge/bip access.
It is advised to sign a contract for long term rentals. You will find a template here. Please note that only parking spaces with access by key / badge imply a direct contact between members.
Subletting requires a preliminary agreement with the parking space’s owner or the real estate agency that manages it. This is under your own responsibility. You will find here a template.
Yes, but this spot will only be visible to users working in the same company. To do this, you must fill in the company name in the related field when registering on Park-King. If another user has entered the same company name in this field when he registered, he will be able to see your parking space in the search list.
Yes, like any private individual! A company can rent out one or several parking space(s) and manage them from its Park-King account very easily. Moreover, those spots can be visible to everyone on the website, without any restriction. You shall simply specify that you are a company when registering. Warning : you are highly advised to ask for your employer's agreement beforehand.
A parking space can be rent from 30 minutes up to one year or more.
Yes, it is possible to choose several parking spaces in the search results if some of them are not available on the whole wished duration.
No, this is not possible. The list of free parking spaces does not mention the exact address of those spaces. The details about the parking space is given by Park-King after payment only in case of offers without subscription or by the owner in case of offers with subscription (the renter will have to contact directly the owner to get this information). Moreover, in case a user would already have had access to the address (by booking the parking space through Park-King) and would try to occupy it illegally afterwards, he would face the same risks as a third party (vehicle removal by car pound).
In order to guarantee a maximum of reliability to the users, a so called « abuses management system » has been implemented. It enables the members to notify the improper behaviours, and thus to filter the users who do not respect Park-King’s rules (by cancelling their accounts). Several situations are managed:
- illegal occupation of parking spaces
- overrun of the rental duration
- publication of wrong information (ex: bad location of parking space), or impossibility for the renter to get the key, badge or bip
Moreover, like any abuse that might be committed outside of Park-King, same risks are incurred as third parties (vehicle removal by car pound).
The misuse report can be done from the reservation sheet of the related parking space.
Note: this abuses management system does not deal with robberies or damages that might be caused on the vehicles or the parking spaces themselves, and only concerns the real-time reservations (i.e. when the renter does not get in touch with the owner).
